By placing an order on our website, you agree to the policy below. This policy explains how withdrawals, returns, and refunds work. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. 

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract and request a return. Items must be in new condition, unused/unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

EU/EEA & UK note: A statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to most distance purchases. Our 30-day store return runs alongside that right. Where local law grants more favorable rights, those prevail.

How to Start a Return (Withdrawal)

Return Shipping Costs

For standard withdrawals/returns, you cover the return postage (where permitted by law). If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us first at (email — see footer) so we can make it right.

Inspection & Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are refunded as required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we’ve received the goods or proof of return.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. For other cases, please return for a refund and place a new order.

We charge no restocking fee and no return handling feeThe buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
